We are looking for a talented Operations Supervisor to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on systems approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Job Scope/ Duties
Direct all operational aspects including daily operations, customer service, and administrative tasks
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Meet goals and metrics
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Ability to multi-task is a must!


Work Experience Required:
Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in either sales management, staffing management, personnel management, or operations management.
Must have 1 year experience Recruiting/Staffing exp

Sales experience in staffing, industrial, marine, construction, or maritime- Strongly preferred
Background check will be required


Other Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Quality Leadership and Communication skills

Must have valid DL and own reliable transportation

Shifts:
TBD - Full Time


Pay: $70-90K annually
