Purpose of Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide clerical, administrative, and project support to the Chief Executive Officer of Guadalupe Regional Medical Group or Executive Director of Clinical Operations. 

Scope of Responsibility

As the Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining a current knowledge of policies and procedures in an effort to assure efficiency and integrity of the program.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred 
• 5 years or more of clerical work required
• 3 years or more of hospital experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and management skills
• Ability to effectively manage diversity 
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance coverage
