Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

You ll primarily work in a laboratory or manufacturing environment at a client location, with occasional travel to domestic and international sites.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Inspire your team by embodying the principles of the client's Mission in Service.
- Drive Results: Manage operations to achieve financial objectives, including P&L responsibilities and expense control.
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure laboratory accreditation compliance (e.g., UKAS, KEMA, ISO/IEC 17025) while enhancing the scope of services.
- Foster Efficiency: Develop and implement operational processes to reduce costs and improve performance.
- Support Growth: Collaborate with regional leadership on key initiatives and provide recommendations for asset acquisition.
- Optimize Resources: Maximize asset utilization and support the professional growth of your team.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical service teams in a similar or related industry.
- 10+ years of expertise in Calibration and Repair, including experience with Physical Dimensional, RF/Microwave, and general test equipment calibration. PMEL or equivalent training is a plus!
- 2+ years of supervisory experience with strong people management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and a commitment to driving operational excellence.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs without assistance.
You ll primarily work in a laboratory or manufacturing environment at a client location, with occasional travel to domestic and international sites.
