Operations Supervisor at Ulla Johnson

Ulla Johnson- Beverly Blvd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the team!

The Ulla Johnson Operations Supervisor is responsible for maintaining an organized stockroom and accurate inventory while also managing all aspects of merchandise movement. The Operations Supervisor is a key partner to the store manager and sales associates, supporting the business by overseeing an efficient back of house and flawless inventory. The supervisor will assist the store manager in creating stock requests; both replenishment and RTV’s based on selling reports. In addition to leading the day-to-day operations management, as a store leader the Operations Supervisor is expected to be proficient in all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall support with the shipping and receiving process, reporting any issues to the store manager, and taking the necessary steps to resolve any issues.

• Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed by the buying team while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, RTV’s, omni orders, and damages.

• Responsible for ensuring an accurate and organized store inventory – oversee weekly cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the store manager.

• Maintain files for all receiving, transfer, shipping vendor, RTV and adjustment paperwork.

• Assist management with identifying problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and in a timely manner.

• Communicate all discrepancies/issues immediately to management.

• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis.

• Place orders as needed for all supplies for the office and store.

• Occasional floor support as needed.
