Job Title: Operations Supervisor - Front-end Load

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Front-end Load drivers, Fork drivers, and Driver helpers.
• Supervise and manage assigned staff, ensuring optimal performance and teamwork.
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain facilities to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in management preferred.
• Proven experience in operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
