As the Operations Supervisor, you will work closely with the Assistant General Manager to ensure the seamless functioning of the hotel. Pay: $19 - $22 Per Hour

Job-Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Operations with both property Bistro and FOH
• Assist check-in/check-out procedures, telephone procedures, hotel amenities, and computer systems
• Assisting in Brand standards & training new associates. Will provide coverage at the Front Desk as needed.
• Assist with hotel Bistro operations
• Monitor guest satisfaction reviews and scores with the General Manager and improve accordingly.
• Ensure teams compliance Marriott & Company Standards
• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns.
• Manage the housekeeping/laundry department as well as some housekeeping responsibilities as needed.
• Work with other departments to ensure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another

Requirements

• Prior brand hotel experience preferred
• Must have 1-3 years hotel hotel experience
• Detail oriented with emphasis on building guest relationships
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule
