Operations Specialist - Zachary Piper LLC

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join one of our Innovative Government Clients. The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations. This position involves coordinating various operational activities, improving processes, and supporting different departments to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Specialist has a hybrid (on-site) work schedule in Silver Spring Maryland.

Responsibilities of the Operations Specialist:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management.

Qualifications of the Operations Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in the Government Industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation of the Operations Specialist:

• Salary Range: $82,000 - $87,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
