Overview:The Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in the coordination and development of the team’s work intake process. You will be responsible for the request traffic coming into the team, optimizing processes, and enhancing efficiency within the marketing analytics team. You will also be responsible for communication and documentation related to project requests with our team and our stakeholders.
How you'll make an impact:- Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance existing processes to increase efficiency and scalability. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined workflows.
- Oversee Request Traffic: Utilize Launch Pad/Planview to coordinate project requests as well as advice and guide stakeholders on the most effective and efficient ways to submit requests/work with the team.
- Lead Status Call: Lead weekly calls with team to get status on projects in-flight, upcoming, completed, on-hold, etc. and maintain log of any identified issues or challenges the team or requesters are facing.
- Optimize Procedures: Establish a cadence to review, update and optimize the internal operation procedures, including documenting and communicating any changes to the team as well as any stakeholders that may be affected by the changes.
- Allocation Monitoring: Monitor team’s timesheet allocation to ensure everyone on the team is appropriately logging their work as it relates to the type of tasks they are executing as well as the division/region they are supporting.
- Onboarding: Manage the successful onboarding of new team members including identity and equipment requests and management.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional experience.
- A digital-first mindset with demonstrated experience in using tools (Google Analytics, SEO data) for content strategy, architecture and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Multilingual proficiency.
- Experienced in creating content strategies and content experiences for websites with SEO, multilingual and business goals top of mind for enterprises.
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication and cross-functional negotiation skills.
- Experience developing B2B and B2C content for a global audience – including translated content.
- Understanding of HTML, component-based content management systems.
- Skilled at collaborating with digital teams and Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
- Experience and/or understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Google Analytics and leveraging business data to inform decisions.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Three to Five years’ experience in a Project Management, Operations, or a related role, with a track record of successful process optimization.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with people across the global.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing and business objectives.
- Familiarity with current marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate marketing processes and strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics (e.g., Reports, Dashboards, Measures, Models, Segmentation, etc.) and platforms (e.g., Customer Data Platform, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) a plus.
- Insurance experience is a plus.
