About the Job:
This role will assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union in living out its Service Mission, "Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve," by providing outstanding service to members and internal members. In addition, responsible for the coordination and daily operation of the Nassau Financial FCU’s Credit Card, Debit Card, ATM, ACH, IRA, and ODP repayment plan maintenance.

In addition, responsible for the coordination and daily operation of the Nassau Financial FCU’s Credit Card, Debit Card, ATM, ACH, IRA, and ODP repayment plan maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- To deliver service in alignment with our Service Promises.
- Meets all established service goals.
- Process ACH postings, exceptions, and return reports.
- Monitor Debit Card activity. Ensure all adjustments are posted in a timely manner. Check for the accuracy of all dispute-related forms received from PSRs.
- Refer any forms not filled out correctly to the PSR. Submit all fraud-related items to the Operation Services Manager and Internal Auditor.
- Process various activities on member accounts as they relate to subpoenas, tax levies, restraining notices, ATM, and other monetary adjustments.

- Support all research functions i.e. Medicaid requests, account verifications, member record requests, etc.
- Open, close, and maintain credit and debit card accounts, review and process debit card disputes and adjustments, review, and process daily card related reports, etc.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Monitor IRA portfolio and perform applicable IRA tasks, including working death claims, quality control, tax reporting, etc, according to IRS guidelines to ensure compliance and to maintain a successful IRA program.
- Perform daily review of Mobile, ATM, and ITM check items within the ENSENTA program.
- Set up ODP repayment plan received through the Collections team.
- Resolves members’ account and/or co-workers' problems or questions as it relates to personal support services while providing the information in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
