Operations Representative (Logistics, Experienced) - RWB Trucking LLC

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced 3PL Operations Rep at RWB Trucking LLC in Woodridge, IL. The Operations Rep will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, handling & inputting orders into our system, working with our Carrier Sales staff to ensure the load is picked up and delivered on time, scheduling appointments, and handling any in-transit complications.

Qualifications

• Business Development, and Account Management skills
• 1+ Years of Operations Experience in the Logistics Field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in the logistics and transportation industry
• Knowledge of 3PL services and solutions
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
