Seeking an Operations Project Coordinator who thrives in a small business setting (2 employees currently with plans to grow to 4 this year) - this is a role where you can make a BIG impact and get to work directly with the President of the company!
Job Description:
- Supervise daily operations of waterproofing technology projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and quality standards. Streamline processes to boost productivity.
- Manage the program, including training sessions and certification processes.
- Serve as a technical resource on waterproofing products, staying updated on industry advancements.
- Collaborate with sales to manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high-quality standards.
- Implement and enforce quality control protocols, resolving any product or process issues.
- Work closely with sales, R&D, and marketing to ensure a unified approach to product development and customer support.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing technical assistance and proactive support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management, sales support, project management, or account management, with a versatile, "jack-of-all-trades" approach.
- Previous experience in the construction or building envelope sector is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, operational management, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with software like Monday.com, Capsule CRM, Microsoft 365, and other proprietary tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
