Requirements
Proven experience in managing cross-departmental operational projects.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive progress, manage risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), including transitioning from design to mass production.
Familiarity with production process optimization and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
Proficiency in bilingual communication (e.g., Chinese and English) to bridge cultural and language gaps.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning customer needs with business strategies.
Background in engineering, supply chain, or quality assurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee cross-departmental operational projects, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
Lead NPI projects, coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams for successful product launches.
Optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency in collaboration with factory teams.
Monitor KPIs and ensure project targets are consistently achieved.
Act as a liaison in San Jose to address customer operational issues, simulate scenarios, and create action plans aligned with business strategies.
Facilitate collaboration among R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to support operational goals.
Integrate global resources to meet operational needs and improve performance.
Leverage bilingual skills to enhance communication and collaboration across regions.
Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
