Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking an Senior Operations Planner (CWMD) focused on Strategic Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) in support of the DTRA Strategic Integration (SI) Directorate. In this key role you will provide operations planning and guidance to the Strategic Integration Information Resilience Office in support of the DoD Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine training manuals at the DoD field grade officer level and below.
- Execute all steps of the Joint Doctrine Development Process (JDDP).
- Provide expert input and participate in various DoD Joint Doctrine Planning Conferences and joint technical working groups.
- Maintains currency and subject matter expertise on evolving concepts, processes, and tools for CWMD, CBRN, nuclear operations, countering WMD emergent threats.
- Engage with the DoD and NATO community of interest to support CWMD mission area doctrine development.
- Review joint doctrine for the integration of CWMD, counter emergent threats, and network engagement topics into the Joint Doctrine Hierarchy.
- Provide advice on changes to the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) and maintain proficiency in using the UJTL Task Development Tool.
- Provide DoD and Allied Doctrine support in accordance with CJCSM 5120.01B.
- Support DTRA’s implementation of the DoD Readiness Reporting System in accordance with DoD Directive 7730.65.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 or more years relevant experience supporting and provide advisory services, operational planning or strategic support to defense agency programs and directorates.
- Prior agency support experience related to Operations in the Information Environment including both classified and unclassified programs, operations and strategic assistance and recommendations.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
