Job Description: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees daily production floor activities, ensuring high safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity levels. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role requires strong leadership to manage a team of 35 operators through five group leads, fostering a positive and motivating work environment. The Operations Manager will collaborate with peers to drive continuous improvement, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. This position also focuses on talent development, coaching group leads, and preparing for future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of 35 operators through group leads.
• Oversee safety, quality, inventory, and productivity KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes.
• Identify and nurture high-potential talent within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing and assembly environments.
• Strong leadership, team management, and performance-driven focus.
• Expertise in safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Ability to develop talent and meet KPIs in challenging environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the printing, laser, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with Kaizen and 5S Methodologies.
