Responsibilities & Qualifications:The primary focus of this position is to provide support including purchasing, safety compliance and preventative maintenance.
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage healthcare linen transportation including fleet and hourly labor.
- Management of 6 shuttle drivers
- Lead inventory control efforts and drive reductions in material cost through disciplined data review and communication with the service and production teams.
- Ensure full OSHA Safety Compliance & provide training to field personnel
- Provide DOT Compliance & Training
- Manage equipment preventative maintenance
- Manage Production Reporting
- Supply Chain/Vendor Management
- Promote safety (Driver safety, blood born pathogen safety, etc)
- Responsible for training and certification of all compliance areas
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- DOT compliant. CDL-A is preferred, but not required.
- Travel required (60%)
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of report and performance tracking mechanisms
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Independent work ethic
- Proficient with MS Office, general PC applications
