Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Production: Manage all aspects of installation and service projects, ensuring timely delivery and superior quality.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Supervise Project, Installation, and Service Managers, fostering growth and providing training opportunities for professional development.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address service issues effectively, promote timely resolutions, and uphold the company’s commitment to five-star customer experiences.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance indicators, review daily reports, and implement strategies to keep the department on track.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build strong connections with customers, team members, and installers to promote trust and long-term success.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years’ experience in team management
- Demonstrated performance in a project management position
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in process optimization and workflow management
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years project management experience
- Experience managing home improvement teams
- Proficiency with CRM software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, or related field
- Six Sigma or Lean Management certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
