Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met at all times.
- Develop, implement, and manage cost control plans and operating budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Plan and forecast operational needs, managing resources effectively to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
- Make informed, strategic decisions that drive operational success and customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Manage inventory effectively, implementing strategies to reduce waste and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Lead teams effectively, promoting collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent decision-making abilities, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, forecasting, and managing operating expenses.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain management.
- Solid understanding of business strategy development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
