We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to join our growing team. As an industry leader, we need a dynamic individual to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our diverse property portfolio.
As Operations Manager, you’ll drive operational success, constantly seek ways to improve, streamline processes, and elevate guest experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing our housekeeping and maintenance scheduling, staff training, and documentation processing using our advanced property management software and extensive tech stack. This position works closely alongside our CEO, providing you with the unique opportunity to learn and grow in a progressive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take the lead in daily and weekly operations meetings, collaborating directly with the CEO to drive performance and strategic growth
- Manage a dynamic team of field and office staff to ensure all guest experiences are seamless
- Create efficient staff schedules for optimal coverage during days, nights, and weekends
- Solve IT and maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain our extensive tech stack (Track, Breezeway, Asana, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
- Train new staff members and create clear documentation of processes
- Continuously monitor industry trends and innovations to keep Digs Vacation Rentals ahead of the curve
- Ensure all homes are guest-ready and resolve any issues quickly to maintain a 5-star rating
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years operations management in the same or related industry, preferably Hotel experience
- 2-5 years of direct experience in customer service
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with programs such as Dropbox, Asana, and Breezeway
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an even-tempered disposition in stressful situations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and lead teams efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000- $70,000
Bonus: We offer an annual bonus that varies based on the year's success.
