If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!Job Description SummaryPosition Objective:The PC Operations Manager is responsible for the support of the operations at the PC with focus on customer service, employee development, fleet utilization and maximizing profits.Position Responsibilities:Work with Profit Center Manager to develop and maintain rental operation standardsEnsure the Profit Center is in compliance with company policies and proceduresEnsure customer service levels are held above standardsMaintaining a consistent message to be delivered by all customer service team membersTrain and develop rental operations staffQuality equipment improvement and reduction of driver time loadingQuality control of fleet and management of cost associated with rentalCoach employees to work together and able to create a game plan for employees to follow
Motivates through constant evaluation and review.Set clear and measurable objectives for entire team Direct various staff members in the performance of their store related positions
Develop, evaluate and motivate staff.Maximize operational efficienciesRecommend new processes where needed to improve quality and costResponsible for safety audits, safety training, compliance with State and Federal OSHA and DOT regulations.Manage human resource administration (payroll/scheduling/paperwork, etc.)Explain the billing procedure to customers and develop customer trust and understandingAssist customer in determining their rental needs by applying product knowledgeResponsible for the management of the YardPerform daily and weekly truck auditsCommunicate inventory levels to managementHold daily meetings to discuss daily objectives and safety issuesMaintain well organized and safe premisesRequirements:Education & Experience:3 Years in the rental equipment or construction industries.1 Year of Operations Management or related/retail management experienceExcellent management and leadership skillsExceptional organization skillsExceptional problem solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective actionsExcellent knowledge of construction equipment required.Ability to effectively communicate.Understands basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne systemBase Pay Range: $58,410.00 - 80,314.30Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
