The Role
We are adding a teammate to our high agency, low ego team to manage the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office and play a key role in onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager that has an instinct for creating an environment that brings teams together.
You will bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to how we organize and operate our office that serves as a workplace for our team, and also a brand experience for our customers and other stakeholders. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In addition, you will:
- Manage the daily operations of the San Francisco office, ensuring the space is being used effectively.
- Work closely with hiring managers to create and implement onboarding plans for new employees.
- Prepare new hire workstations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management for office maintenance, repairs, and facility needs.
- Track and manage office-related expenses, working closely with finance.
- Oversee office supply inventory, placing orders as needed, and managing expenses within budget.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure seamless calendar alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Plan and execute office events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and company meetings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace policies.
- Work as a key member of the team, offering collaboration, solutions, and support beyond core responsibilities
Qualifications and background:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High agency, low ego, and team-oriented

In compliance with pay transparency laws and in pursuit of pay equity and fairness, we publish salary ranges for our open roles. The target salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000.
