Job Description
As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from processing orders and managing inventory to planning production and overseeing shipping logistics. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and fulfill daily orders from various channels, including our online portal, email, phone, Shopify store, and Amazon store.
- Collaborate closely with our third-party warehouse and logistics broker to ensure seamless shipping operations.
- Coordinate with co-packers to plan and execute production orders based on sales forecasts.
- Manage daily inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without excess.
- Oversee bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices and payments, monitoring cash flow, and maintaining account reconciliation.
- Process payroll through QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle a diverse workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Software and Online Proficiency
- QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
- Familiarity with SKYPE, ZOOM, Dropbox, and other cloud-based collaboration tools.
Compensation
- A competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, commensurate with skills, experience, and location.
