SSU is seeking an Operations/Project Manager to join our award-winning team, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects run smoothly while delivering exceptional results to our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure seamless execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues
- Coordinate technician schedules, service calls, and project resources for maximum efficiency
- Oversee procurement, material orders, and delivery logistics for projects
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition projects from proposal to execution
- Maintain and submit project documentation, including closeout reports and end-user training
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Previous experience in operations, project management, or a related field (required)
- Trade/Construction related experience required
- Understanding of low voltage systems preferred (Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion and Fire Alarm, Structured cabling, A/V)
- Electrical experience a plus as well as estimating
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to lead client and team interactions
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering quality results
