Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years in an operations management role, ideally in low-voltage integration or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and senior management.
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems, security solutions, and integration technologies is highly desirable.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus merit-based bonuses.
