Cortica is looking for a part-time Operations Administrator to join its growing team!
As the Operations Administrator, you will represent Cortica as patients and families enter the clinic. What will you do?
- Support site operations including but not limited to open/close procedures; facility maintenance; and inventory, equipment, and furniture management.
- Complete administrative tasks such as greeting families and clients, client check- in/check-out, collecting copays, assisting with appointment scheduling, and document management.
- Interface with facility vendors and monitor inventory for necessary supplies.
- Oversee clerical procedures at the front desk, and handle communication effectively.
- Work closely with the Site Operations Manager and schedulers to identify and correct problems relating to same-day scheduling backfills, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and EMR errors/fixes.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and orientation.
- Appropriately communicate and escalate issues to authority.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and provide therapist support as needed during treatment and/or transitions.
- Ensure a safe working environment including removal of safety hazards and following clinic safety protocols.
- Cross-train with other roles to ensure coverage of clinic operations.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have 1+ years of office experience, preferably in healthcare.

The base pay range for this opening is $21.06 to $26.36/hr. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
