Position Details
- Schedule: Full Time
- Location: Hybrid - mix of work from home and in the field
- Manager: Reports to CEO
- Work Environment: quiet area for focus from home
This team player is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and supporting Project Managers to ensure successful project execution and operational excellence. This individual must live within the Central Florida area and be willing to travel to all job sites in Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Lake, Sumter, Orange, Osceola. Project Managers main responsibilities are to oversee the work of modular home installation. As the Operations Manager, you will lead, manage, and hold Project Managers accountable for achieving project goals while driving the creation, implementation, and adherence to efficient company processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and track performance metrics for Project Managers, holding them accountable for meeting project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Mentor and develop Project Managers to maximize their performance and professional growth
- Act as a liaison between senior management and Project Managers to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Analyze current workflows and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement by developing, documenting, and implementing standardized processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Resolve escalated issues and provide solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- US Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to job sites
- Laptop and internet capable of meeting work needs

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 Base Annual Salary
