About the Job
- Scheduling: Manage and optimize therapy schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of services to clients.
- Intake: Oversee the intake process for new clients, conducting assessments and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage for clients, navigate billing procedures, and ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Your home office will be in our Newington, CT Center.
- 40+ hour work-week, Monday - Friday.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of two years (2) of experience managing a medical practice, therapy practice, dental practice, or similar.
- Must possess prior management experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
- Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasion.
