Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager with a strong background in asphalt paving and heavy civil construction to lead our field operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. Will be responsible for overseeing 2 paving crews, 2 asphalt plans, have 5 Foreman as direct reports and 2-3 Plant Foreman.
