Position Overview:
We're excited to welcome a motivated and ambitious professional to step into the role of Operations Manager, leading daily operations across our growing locations. You'll oversee daily operations across our two (soon to be three) locations. This new position is vital to scaling our production capacity and ensuring operational efficiency as we expand. What You'll Do:

• Production Oversight: Manage the production team in San Antonio (1 full-time and 3 temporary staff) to ensure projects stay on track.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order materials in bulk, and ensure supplies meet production demands for storage container modifications.

• Yard Operations: Oversee the organization and upkeep of the yard, ensuring a safe, efficient, and clean workspace.

• Travel and Communication: Travel between locations (San Antonio, Killeen, and Dallas), ensuring consistent communication via email, Slack, and other tools.

• Process Improvement: Develop systems to increase capacity from one office build to three simultaneous projects, with a focus on efficiency and logistics.

• Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing and improving logistics processes to support growth.

What You Bring:

• Entry-level to mid-level experience managing operations in a small company or similar environment.

• Self-driven and motivated, with a hunger to learn and grow.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Effective communicator, comfortable working across multiple teams and tools.

• Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to help scale operations.
