We are in search of a dynamic Operations Manager to enhance our operational efficiency, team accountability, and ensure timely responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Operational Oversight**: Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are streamlined and effective.
- **Accountability Enforcement**: Implement measures to ensure personnel accountability. Track and ensure all reports, stats, and other correspondence are responded to promptly.
- **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**: Collaborate with the COO to develop, implement, and maintain SOPs tailored to our firm's needs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution of tasks.
- **Tech Integration**: Stay abreast of the latest technologies and integrate them into operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update the COO on the progress, challenges, and opportunities in the operational realm.
**Desired Qualities and Skills:**
- **Operational Experience**: Prior experience in an operations role, preferably in Engineering or Land Surveying.
- **Tech-savvy**: Ability to leverage technology to streamline operations and introduce innovative solutions.

Job Requirements
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with the Engineering and Land Surveying industry.
- Proficient in industry-standard software and tools.
