Our client is looking for someone just like YOU
Join a manufacturing services provider specializing in electronics manufacturing solutions. They serve various industries, including aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors. Their key services include surface mount technology (SMT), through-hole soldering, electro-mechanical assembly, and comprehensive testing to ensure product reliability.
As the Operations Manager, you will lead a high volume output environment and oversee and optimize the activities within the SMT, TU, Mechanical, Wave/CC/Selective solder, and Test production areas, driving daily improvements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Lead the day to day activities while maintaining/exceeding operational excellence
- Major focus on Human Capital and creating a stable, productive and safe environment while having fun doing it
- Manage Capacity and ensure efficient use of resources available
- Presents performance reports to the General Manager and develops decision-making matters for their review.
- Coordinates with other departments and oversees major projects and technological advancements within manufacturing.
- Manages and evaluates personnel, identifies training needs, and ensures effective communication and compliance with policies.
- Provides orientation and on-the-job training, defining and clarifying roles and responsibilities for direct reports.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging Role:
- B.S. in Engineering or Business and 3+ years of management experience in manufacturing
- People Leadership skills, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing Principles and their implementation.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
- A participative management style, advocating for team work.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
