Executive Assistant to CEO - Hybrid Role

We're looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized C-Suite Level Executive Assistant to play a key role in our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting and acting as the gatekeeper for the CEO and founder of the company. $75,000 - $90,000 yearly

• Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
• Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive
• Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
• Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
• Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
• Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings

• Support the CEO in the preparation and scheduling of important events
• Edit and post content to social media for CEO
• Manage LinkedIn and related apps on behalf of the Owner

• Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
• Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least four years as an executive assistant serving management
• Is a problem solver who takes a proactive approach to task completion
• Has an energetic, upbeat personality that fosters positive and engaging relationships
• Proficient with technology (e.g. GSuite, project management, CRMs, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
