Position: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Our client Company is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee project execution and corporate initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in managing operations without direct reports, focusing instead on the seamless execution of projects and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in operational roles within related fields, with a strong emphasis on project management, process optimization, and external vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee project execution and the implementation of corporate initiatives.
Coordinate and liaise with external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreements and quality of service.
Monitor and report on the progress of projects, identifying any issues and implementing solutions.
Develop, refine, and oversee efficient operational processes.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure project and operational alignment with corporate goals.
Manage budgets and timelines for operational and project activities.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards and practices.
Facilitate communication between company departments and external partners.
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Participate in strategic planning and the development of company policies and procedures.
Managing customer lists for distribution
Keep meeting rhythm and cadence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in operations management or a related field, with a strong focus on project management and external vendor relations.
Previous experience working with a large technical sales and service organization.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of operational processes and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology.
