Clark's White Glove Delivery is a premier white glove delivery company specializing in high end furniture distribution. Our clientele specializes in luxury brands and custom ordered products requiring special attention. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, interpersonal leader to join and advance our Louisville, KY market. Additionally, we are interested in finding a leader who has the capability of bringing over drive team(s) or office personnel to help our team grow.

Job duties:

• Oversee daily operations at the site level.
  • Morning driver meetings and load out.
  • Quality service through continued communication with our clientele ensuring we are meeting expectations.
  • Driver compliance - uniforms and appearance, app usage, customer service and experience. Monitor driver score cards and surveys to meet client expectations.
  • Oversee and lead onsite administrative staff
  • Monitor payroll for contractors and employees.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment through leadership and communication.

Experience and qualifications:

• At least 3 years in logistics management
• Possess the ability to de-escalate difficult situations and facilitate tough conversations.
• Cultivate a positive, hard-working environment of like-minded individuals.
• Technical experience on google platform.
