Job Duties:
- Supervision of all site Plumbing & HVAC activities.
- Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing & HVAC Team Members.
- A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
- Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
- Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
- Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
- Able to Create, Establish and Maintain a Safe Work Environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of Plumbing or HVAC Management Experience.
- Residential Plumbing or HVAC Experience Preferred.
- Exceptional sales and business acumen.
- Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.
- The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
- A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $150K-$160K annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
