• Proven Operations Management Experience: 
  • We require significant experience in operations—this is not a training role.
• Technology Savvy: 
  • Must quickly learn and utilize software, manage integrations, and handle various office technology needs with ease.
• Strong Project Management Skills:
  •  Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects effectively, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Systems-Minded: 
  • Capable of identifying and improving operational workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Personable and Collaborative: 
  • Able to work well with people, foster teamwork, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and improving operational systems and processes.
• Leading projects and ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborating across departments to meet business objectives.
• Ensuring operational technology and software are optimized and fully integrated.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years of operations management experience 
• Ability to work 9am-6pm PST on camera in a "virtual office" environment
