NOTE: This is not an entry level position, previous experience in project management is required. 

FLSA: Full Time | Exempt | Salaried  
 

Human Resources: 

• Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
• Maintains Personnel Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conducts Performance Reviews: Facilitate performance review processes and provide constructive feedback to foster professional development.
• Reviews & Maintains Employee Handbook: Regularly update and communicate policies to ensure alignment with company values and legal requirements.
• Payroll: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Operations: 

• Supervise Non-Attorney Staff: Lead and support non-attorney staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Facilities Liaison with Landlord: Act as the main point of contact with the landlord, addressing facility-related issues and ensuring a comfortable work environment.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Purchasing: Oversee the procurement process, making cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct Meetings: Organize and lead regular team meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Document Management: Implement and maintain efficient document management systems.

Finance: 

• Client Billing: Coordinate client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Accounting Functions: Collaborate with the finance team to support accounting functions.
• Trust Accounting: Manage trust accounting processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Budgeting: Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets.

Marketing: 

• Newsletter: Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging newsletters to keep clients and staff informed.
• Live Event: Coordinate logistics for live events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Seminars: Organize and facilitate seminars to promote the organization's services.

Qualifications: 

• MUST have proven experience in office management or related roles. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Preference shown to candidates with Project Management certification. 
• General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems 
• 3+ years of management experience or similar work experience required 
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills 
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation: The base pay for this role is commensurate with experience/education, DOE.

Work Conditions: This position will perform duties under normal office working conditions, including the prolonged use of a computer, and office equipment, and working in close proximity to others. Essential physical requirements may include standing, walking, stooping, typing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
