Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a food manufacturer in the Fleetwood Area looking for an Operations Manager for their team. This role is more of Production Manager overseeing a small team and reporting to the Plant Manager.

Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a food manufacturer in the Fleetwood Area looking for an Operations Manager for their team. This role is more of Production Manager overseeing a small team and reporting to the Plant Manager.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee team of production supervisors across 3 shifts including sanitation
- Manage production processes to make sure product is made safely and efficiently while cultivating a safe work environment for all associates
- Collaboration with senior leaders in quality, warehouse, engineering, maintenance, and HRÂ
- Constantly work for ways to improve processes and upgrades to equipment to achieve efficiencies
- Daily, weekly, monthly report out to senior leadership on KPIs and targets
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous food or beverage manufacturing management experience
- Previous production management experience
