About the Job
Leader in janitorial services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team of motivated employees.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Train, motivate and manage through communication, team building and organizational excellence
Identify opportunities to provide additional services within existing accounts to strengthen customer commitment/relationship
Manage and resolve conflicts that are escalated from line management to ensure customer satisfaction
Create schedule, coordinating with other departments to meet all contractual deadlines for accounts that have additional monthly, quarterly and annual project work, seasonal tasks, and other additional revenue sources
Coordinate all aspects of new account kickoff
Management of supply vendors, inventory, ordering timelines and budget control
Establish high level visibility and rapport with customer base; participating in client visits
·Train, lead, and support all levels of employment within each department
·In partnership with HR, support performance management including progressive disciplinary action up to and including termination
·Conduct/Facilitate team meetings for training, updates and expectation setting purposes
·Maintains staffing levels by partnering with HR for recruitment, selection and training process
