We are seeking an Operations Manager in Los Angeles, CA.
Salary $120,000 - $140,000
The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and effective production and delivery of fire protection systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained, coordinating with suppliers and managing stock to meet production needs.

Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.

Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the construction or manufacturing industry, with a focus on fire protection equipment preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar credentials.
