Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidates need to be able to imagine innovative, effective new solutions in order to assess prime vendor solutions when implementing Defense Business Systems
- Candidates must be able to apply scientific skills when preparing analyses
- Candidates need to be able to apply logic and reasoning when troubleshooting difficult issues
- Candidates must be able to develop solutions to problems, as well as manage multiple issues at the same time
- Candidates must have knowledge of Defense Business System approaches and automated tools
- Understanding and appropriately responding to feedback is an important aspect of this position
- Both oral and written communication skills are vital to relaying important information and communicating about solutions to complex problems
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, preferably Engineering
- Candidates need to be knowledgeable of cloud computing concepts
- Candidates need to be knowledgeable of Development/Security/Operations (DEVSECOPS) practices
- Candidates need to be knowledgeable of Information Technology Infrastructure Library v4 or Services Management and delivery
- Candidates need to be knowledgeable of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and generative AI
- Candidate must have security clearance, or be able to gain one.
