QUALIFICATIONS
BS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience; minimum 5 years operations/management experience - preferably laundry operations with large-scale plants in management or commercial field.
High-level leadership and decision-making skills
Able to motivate, influence, and train people
Able to interact with all levels of management.
Bilingual skills a plus (English/Spanish)
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities as required to meet production needs.
Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
Ability to use knowledge of the working environment to meet established goals and objectives.
Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to be able to be insured under the company’s insurance policy.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
