NOTE:

Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight of technicians and installers on all projects. Assists Management with development/implementation of processes/policies to improve efficiencies in the operations department. Fields calls and e-mails from clients for service issues and monitors service/installation tickets for accuracy and completion. Oversees Project Management staff to ensure projects are on track and on budget. In charge of company-wide safety program.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the performance of technical personnel on all projects
2. Assist with the development and implementation of processes/policies for the Operations department
3. Responsible for analyzing and identifying reasons for project overages
4. Monitors accuracy of service/installation tickets and employee timesheets daily.
5. Assists with other departmental reports as required
6. Supervises all service employees for compliance with company employee handbook
7. Supervises all safety training requirements
8. Other duties as assigned from time to time by management
9. Tracking and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance appointments on all projects
Accountability:
The Operations Manager will be accountable to the Management team. Secondary accountability will be to the other management team members, employees and customers of the company.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
The Operations Manager shall possess a two-year electronics degree from an accredited college or university and/or a minimum of 4 years working experience in the construction or field service management field is required. This person must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with other people.
