The Role
Lithko Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager works closely with multiple project teams and provides operational support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a dynamic role with a clear career path.
Key Responsibilities:
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $130,000 and $150,000 annualized. Additional compensation in the form of a vehicle allowance, profit sharing, and company benefits may also be included.

The Role
Lithko Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager works closely with multiple project teams and provides operational support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a dynamic role with a clear career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Lead the development of an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
- Take ownership of project information and effectively communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
- Validate project progress and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
- Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet project objectives.
- Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are clearly executed.
- Maintain customer relationships by staying actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management during the course of the project.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Experience managing a variety of project types, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial construction.
- General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
