We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who thrives in a cross-functional environment with a passion for customer service, employee engagement, and efficiency! This is a highly visible position driving all warehouse and delivery operations for our flag-ship state-of-the-art distribution center.
Primarily, you will oversee the delivery of CPG products to our customers and ensure the successful, efficient, and safe execution of all warehouse and delivery functions daily. You will lead a team of warehouse employees to receive and manage inventory, pick and load delivery trucks, and fill orders accurately based off our sales team needs. You will lead a team of delivery employees who are responsible for completing routes and delivering excellent customer service to each account.
This position oversees the entire operations of the warehouse functions and will require delegating and managing multiple departments.
Experience working with Union employees is required.
Experience managing 80+ employees is required.
Compensation
- Base range: $96,600 - $120,750
- Bonus eligible
- Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience

- Cross functionally interact with sales, ops, and customers.
- Assist with the reconciliation of driver over and shorts, inventory, and cash.
- Provide any requested reports to management.
- Provide supervision, direction and discipline for union and non-union warehouse and delivery employees according to their specific assignments.
- Continually analyze and review warehouse and delivery work flow to identify possible inefficiencies and provide solutions to enhance the operations.
- Review and analyze current warehouse and delivery technologies to locate and implement additional efficiencies and cost savings.
- Provide supervision, direction and discipline for union and non-union warehouse and delivery employees according to their specific assignments
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in related area
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
