About the Job
We are seeking a Crew Supervisor to ensure high-quality service for our clients while leading a team of fieldworkers. This role is crucial to the efficient and profitable execution of projects and involves managing crews, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Location: Auburn, GA 30011
Pay: $70,000- $80,000 Salary
Requirements:
- Previous field experience (Construction, Landscaping, Lake/Pond Maintenance).
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and ability to interact with multiple audiences, including but not limited to the Operations Team, Sales team, subcontractors, vendors, and others.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and under pressure.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Branch Manager
- Supervise and guide crews on-site, with hands-on fieldwork as needed.
- Conduct pre-construction site walks.
- Coordinate equipment and materials for crews.
- Assist the sales team with project estimates.
- Provide field training for new and existing employees.
- Manage administrative duties related to staff.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the sales team.
- Ensure safety and compliance on job sites.
- Maintain necessary certifications.
