Operations Manager - Clean Team

As an Operations Manager you will work closely with franchisees to provide orientation, certification training, and business development services that help grow business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Grow the branch through Sales and Retention of customers
• As a Subject Matter Expert, you will train and develop new and existing franchisees
• Act as a liaison between the customer and franchisee
• Manage new Customer Start-up processes
• Inspect all customer accounts, documenting and communicating findings
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Develop constructive relationships with franchisee and evaluate their developmental for coaching and training needs
• Formulate, interpret, and implement operating practices
• Help Franchisees maintain a healthy relationship with their customers and offer guidance to resolving customer concerns
• Document appropriate business records and forms
• Manage and maintain relationships with local vendors
• Maintain Franchisee Fulfillment and Upgrade Process

Qualifications

• Experience with training and business development duties
• Experience with business-to-business sales
• Experience in small business management preferred
• Ability to effectively train, consult, and provide direction and assistance to business owners
• Ability to exercise discretion and judgement
• Motivating and outgoing personality a must
• Have demonstrated outstanding communication and public speaking skills
• Strong ethics and values
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings and weekends
