Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Service Center.
- Manage and direct various teams including Cost Estimation, Project Coordination, and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Collaborate with the sales network to achieve budget targets.
- Coordinate with other Service Centers to support cost reduction programs.
- Secure strategic alliances aligned with Sulzer’s objectives.
- Participate in special studies and analyses.
- Support company-wide safety and Total Quality Management (TQM) programs.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in operations, planning, finance, and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 2 years of experience with pumps or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to foster a team environment.
