About the Job
Office Management (70%)
- Lead and manage a team of 3 staff for the maintenance of the office and cafeteria
- Organize, coordinate, and manage company events to enhance employee engagement and corporate visibility
- Provide essential administrative support to executive team members as needed
- Oversee the purchasing of office supplies and essentials
- Manage and track inventory of equipment such as PC, Mac, printers, phones, etc.
- Assist in setting up office equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness
Facility Management (30%)
- Lead and supervise construction and renovation projects.
- Engage, communicate, and manage general contractors and workers.
- Develop, maintain, and execute routine maintenance schedules
- Ensure facilities are compliant with safety, fire, and other regulations
Qualifications
- College degree in a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, and handling compliance and permits
- Experience in construction, renovations, and dealing with contractors
- Electrical experience and construction knowledge preferred
- Ability to assemble furniture, shelving, and possess handy work skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bilingual (Kor/Eng) preferred
