Operations Manager
Job Summary
An entertainment company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all aspects of the company as well as oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a seamless workflow. This vital position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Supports the CEO and the President of Operations in daily tasks.
Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures and
ensure operational activities remain on time and within budget.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the company’s
efficiency and effectiveness.

lerical and administrative tasks, including drafting emails, invoices, booking agreements, and reports.
Work with clients, venues, and vendors to coordinate planning and logistical details of upcoming events.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (flight, hotel, etc.).
Work alongside the production team to coordinate concert logistics.
Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments to ensure efficient operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
May be called upon to create engaging documents and/or graphics for marketing collateral (if needed).

Being proficient in Creative Cloud applications or other creative software is a plus.
Knowledge of live music and the performing arts is a plus.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Schedule
Travel out of state will be required about two to three weekends per month for approximately 9 months out of the year.
Two days off each week (Mondays and Tuesdays on traveling weeks; Saturdays and Sundays on non-traveling weeks).
Salary and Benefits
$50,000 - $60,000 - commensurate on experience
Medical Benefits
3 weeks of paid time off.
6 days of paid sick days.
