Sodexo is seeking strong Operations Manager (FOH and Catering) to join a dynamic team to support Pingree School in South Hamilton, Massachusetts.  Pingree School is a co-educational, independent secondary day school located in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. Serves lunch to 350 students and breakfast/lunch to 50 faculty/staff. Full year employment

Key Responsibilities:

Combine your proven leadership and Facilities Management technical expertise to enhance existing (or new) client programs including short- and long-range planning, construction/renovation projects, preventative and corrective maintenance, snow removal, grounds and landscaping operations.

• a proven track record of successful Environmental Services leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments;
• experience supervising custodial and grounds personnel
• proficient knowledge with a CMMS – Maximo experience is a plus;
• computer skills – such as MS Office and Outlook;
• exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills;
• strong attention to detail and administrative skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation;
• strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
• present with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
